Gang Chen was the Principal Project Manager for Lucky 478, Hawthorne, CA. A 71,189 s.f. prototypical supermarket, with Deli, Bakery, Dairy, Grocery, Produce, Meat Sales, Photo, General Sales, Floral and a Drive-Thru Pharmacy.
Services provided to the client included: develop the whole design development and construction documents package, setup the framework for the project, assign job task and supervise staff, coordinate Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Refrigeration consultants, answer questions in the pre-bid meeting, process RFI and shop drawings, field observation and field visit reports, certify payment, and process change order requests, etc.
